The actor, who plays Luke Cage in a now deleted social media post, shared a photo with leading man Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock. However, the post seemed to reveal a major detail about the ending of the critically acclaimed series.

Colter briefly shared an apparent spoiler suggesting that Matt Murdock, also known as Daredevil, will be arrested and thrown into prison. Charlie was seen posing for the pic in an orange prison uniform. The development has led fans to theorise a possible adaptation of the “Devil in Cell Block D” storyline, where the character is incarcerated before orchestrating a dramatic escape.

This fight scene takes place in a prison, further fuelling speculation that Spider-Man could aid in Daredevil’s escape. Fans have also long suspected the two superheroes teaming up in the film that also features Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk and Jon Bernthal as The Punisher.

However, Charlie previously denied any involvement in the upcoming ‘Spider-Man’ film. Speaking on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, he addressed the rumours, stating, “I know they all think I’m in Spider-Man because I’m filming something in London. Which I’m not — I’m not in Spider-Man.”Despite his denial, fan speculation remains high, particularly given Marvel’s history of keeping cameo appearances under wraps. Cox previously appeared as Murdock alongside Tom Holland in ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’, where he played Peter Parker’s lawyer.
